Reduced social contributions

In fact, students are allowed a package of up to 475 working hours per annum by the government. This means that if you hire a student your social security contributions are reduced. Does your student work longer hours? If that is the case you, the employer, no longer benefits from this financial incentive. We will help you keep track of how many days your student has worked throughout the year. The Student@Work website lets students monitor for themselves how many more student working hours they can perform.
