Our narrative
In 2014 the company’s founder, Dominique Matheussen, was still working in the traditional temping industry. The government introduced quite a few changes in quick succession that year. The unified employment status act between blue-collar and white-collar employees came into force, narrowing the gap between the two. At the same time, the government also abolished the trial period. More and more companies contacted Dominique enquiring if there was a more flexible way to enrol temporary workers they had found themselves. Certain sectors require flexibility when it comes to staff deployment.
