You, the employer, select and recruit suitable candidates. You then engage Update-pro as the legal employer. We provide your temporary employees with a temporary contract and add them to our payroll. You retain full control over your temporary employees, but we take care of all the administrative requirements.
Being a payroll/employment agency, we are not involved in selection and recruitment. Your temporary employees will consequently never be contacted by us and tempted with other job opportunities.
When you partner with Update-pro, your flexible workers will be included in our payroll. You remain the de facto employer, but we deal with the red tape from start to finish, minimise your risks and guarantee transparency with respect to personnel costs.

There is no need for phone call transfers or picking a ticket number with us. You will have a regular contact person who will immediately answer all your questions.
Are you already working in conjunction with a payroll service provider or employment agency? Brilliant! We will cooperate with both to optimize the employment flow.
You only pay for the hours worked by your employees. We do not work with clauses, minimum terms and/or exclusive contracts. Moreover, we make sure that your staff is paid correctly and on time. When you receive your invoice in the post, your employees will already have been paid.
Temporary contracts allow you to hire workers for short periods of time without long-term responsibilities. It gives you and your employee a chance to get acquainted without a long-term commitment. Not a good match? Not to worry, the partnership can easily be terminated.
With our payroll formula, fixed administrative costs do not apply and the only variable is the number of hours worked by your employee.
